If you selected to install the GemPro program and historical data from our web site, then you should have recieved an e-mail with a link to install the program and a Client ID.  

 

1. Click the installation link in your e-mail to deploy the GemPro program from our web site.
2. At the end of the installation the program will automatically run and prompt you to enter in your Client ID.  Enter this and click the Save button.
3. You will then be prompted as to whether you wish to collect your historical data via the internet.  If you have elected to do this, click the Install Historical Data via Internet button and follow the prompts.  All historical data will be collected from our server and your entire database brought upto date.  The lenght of time that this will take will vary and depends on the data stream(s) selected and the speed of your internet connection.  In most cases this should be about 20min.

 

NOTE:

You may collect historical data from our server at any time by going to the full menu (use then Options/Full Menu command), clicking on the File menu command and selecting Install Historical Data via Internet... .
