Pre-Set Watch List :

1. Ensure that you are connected to the Internet.
2. Open the Portfolio Grid by clicking the Open Portfolio icon  .
3. Click on the Watch List tab.
4. Click the Create Watch List icon   and select Create Pre-Set Watch Listing .  
5. A listing of all the pre-set watch lists held on the data server will appear - 

                                 

6. Select the one you require and click the Collect button.
7. The list will be collected and automatically displayed as a Watch List.  All pre-set watch lists are prefixed with the the word Gem, as indicated in the above listing, and allows for eazy identification.

 

Note :

You can only create pre-set watch lists for data streams that you are presently collecting.  For example, collecting the London FTSE100 list will be of no use if you are only collecting the Australian Stock Exchange data !
