The Global Replace utility enables you to update the path to your data files in the GemPro program.  This feature is useful if you have moved the location of your database.

 

To update the GemPro path settings to your database:

 

1. Click the Options menu item and select Full Menu from the drop down list.
2. Click the Edit menu item and then click Global Replace from the drop down list.
3. Enter the path to replace in the Find field and the enter the new path in the Replace With field.  In this example we are replacing all reference to the folder c:\gempro\ with the folder d:\gempro\.

                                

4. Click the Replace button.
