To add securities to a watch list:

 

1. Create a Watch List – please refer to Create a Watch List for more information.
2. Select the Watch List to update.
3. If you wish to create a duplicated database in this folder then check-mark the Replicate Data Files check box.
4. Click the Add Group icon    to show the following screen.

                       

5. Select the Exchange and Security Type required.
6. Find  the security by entering in the name or code in the text box (or simply use the scroll bar).
7. Click the Add Security icon  .  The security will be added to the Watch List grid on the main screen.
8. Repeat the steps 5 to 6 to add more securities to the selected Watch List. 
9. Close the Add Security screen to return to the main Watch List view.
10. If you have check-marked the Replicate Data Files check box to have a duplicated database in this folder then this will be created now.

 

NOTE:  You can create a duplicated database at any time by check-marking the Replicate Data Files check box  (if not already checked) and clicking on the Refresh Icon  .
