The software remains the property of Isometric Software at all times and is subject to copyright laws.  You may make a copy of the software or data disk(s) for backup purposes only.  Copies made for any other purpose are prohibited.  Subject to these terms and conditions, Isometric Software Pty  Ltd.  grants a license to you to use GemPro software for collecting and managing data supplied by Isometric Software only.

In no event shall Isometric Software or its suppliers be liable for any damage either direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.

Who should use this program...

• Clients who are installing GemPro on a new computer, usually due to transferring their data from another computer.

• Clients who are upgrading from Market Manager version 3.9 or earlier.

• Clients who collect the full ASX market for stocks, warrants and indices.

What this program will do...

• Install GemPro with all the required system files.

• Retain the settings that relate to your database, if GemPro is installed over an existing installation of GemPro or Market Manager.

• Convert your Market Manager settings for your data to the new format required by GemPro if it is installed over and existing Market Manager installation.

• This program will not remove any Desktop or Start Menu shortcuts for Market Manager if they exist.

Instructions

If you have an earlier version of GemPro or Market Manager installed, install the new version into the same folder without deleting, removing or uninstalling the old version.  This will ensure you retain all your existing links to your database.

To install GemPro, please follow the steps below:

1. If you are upgrading and existing Market Manager or GemPro installation, we recommend that you make a back-up copy of your entire Database folder and GemPro or Market Manager folder, otherwise go to step 2.  If you are not sure where GemPro or Market Manager is installed then click here for instructions.

2. Click the link below to show the "Download File" window.

3. Choose the "Save this File to Disk" option and click the OK button to show the "Save As" window.

4. Click the down arrow next to the "Save In" drop down list and choose the Desktop folder and then click the Save button.

5. When the download has completed, click the Open button in the File Download window to start the Upgrade program.
   or
   If the File Download window closes automatically, then go to your Windows Desktop; locate the Setup.exe icon and double click the icon to start the installation program.

6. Follow the onscreen instructions and enter your 10-digit Client ID number when prompted.

7. When the installation has finished, the Setup.exe icon on your Desktop can be deleted.
