Download Help
Please read the Terms and Conditions applicable
for using our software and data service.
Instructions
To download the set-up or upgrade program, please follow
the steps below:

We recommend that you make a back-up
copy of your entire Database folder and GemPro or Market Manager
folder. If you are not sure where GemPro or Market
Manager is installed then click
here for instructions.

Click the relevant link for the
software you require to show the "Download File" window.

Choose the "Save this File to
Disk" option and click the OK button to show the "Save As" window.

Click the down arrow next to the "Save
In" drop down list and choose the Desktop folder and then click the
Save button.

When the download has completed, click
the Open button in the File Download window to start the Set-up or Upgrade program.
or
If the File Download window closes automatically, then go to your Windows Desktop; locate
the icon for the downloaded file and double click the icon to
start the Set-up or Upgrade program.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

The Set-up or Upgrade icon on your Desktop can
be deleted.
